We are forever indebted to Caroline at JAB, who helped us realise this and helped put us in touch with others who were also victims of this. We then used ExtensionHub to find another builder for our work. We were able to get a shortlist and get builders round for interviews, given our previous experience. Steve from Lees Builders bore our questioning well, and we were impressed by with his attitude and his quote. Steve and his team built us the most beautiful home. Steve went above and beyond our expectations, and he is a brilliant project manager as well as builder! The team worked tirelessly in the cold and wet to build our house and nothing was ever too much trouble. When plan drawings didn’t quite work, Steve was amazing at finding the solution and worked with the architect and building regulations to do so. We moved in over 9 months ago now and we couldn’t be happier with the build. My favourite part is the lifetime guarantee (!)
